Built a web app. Need advise on building iOS & Android apps
Hi Indies,
I'm almost finished with my initial web app prototype built on Laravel. I've built a really nice API to work with data, as almost the whole app is built with VueJS on the front-end, so all of the data needed to be consumed via AJAX (I'm using axios for that).
I was wondering if anyone has any advise on building iOS and Android apps? Any good tutorials? Anything at all?
I suppose the iOS and Android apps would just be the views for that data from my server.
Are you looking to do this native or a cross platform type of deal? In my opinion, i enjoyed building with react native. I think I read somewhere that 80% of the framework can be shared across platforms. Only some of the stuff is OS specific. If you are familiar with web programming it might be worth a look. Not sure how similar vue and react are, but just a suggestion. React native and react for that matter have excellent documentation and a plethora of example code.
