Customer feedback & feature request management
This problem has been floating around in my mind for a while now, and upon some research, I have found a few businesses working to solve this, but not a lot. Some use public trello boards, and others use specific products.
Do you think this market is big enough to have more players solving this, in their own unique way?
Like feature request for open source projects is still a problem with Github issues, even after Github's effort in improving issues.
Check out this answer on Quora - not saying it is a saturated market but perhaps it is already very competitive.
Maybe focussing on a certain market which is not using it already but can be beneficial for the particular business niche? Not thinking about features in a tech company but rather feedback for brick and mortar businesses or course-like businesses like dance/sport gyms, etc.
What businesses have recurring customer Base?
