Sketch to HTML service recommendations?

Hello! Been lurking for a while, but figure I'd start jumping in to the community.

I've been using a Sketch/PSD to HTML service, but have recently been running into a problem with quality and delivery time for the service I've been using. I wanted to see what other people's experiences have been.

I typically farm out the HTML development and then do the integration myself (angular). I figure I can let someone else deal w/ the browser compatibility.

Things I'm looking for:

• Responsive layout (mobile & desktop)
• Repeating components
• Modern browser compatibility
• Low cost (currently paying $120-200 per page, depending if the new design is similar to an older one).
• Angular ready (1)

(1) Usually I have to do this myself, but would be great if I could get the service to help ease this.
