Working from home for yourself can sometimes be a lonely endeavor without the social environment of an office -- never mind the social pressure that can lead to output and rewards, like doing well in a big meeting or hitting an important deadline. While it's nice to not have those pressures, they can also lead to small doses of feelings of accomplishment on a day-in-day-out basis. How do you find accomplishment on a daily basis without those external triggers?
well... I used to feel accomplished on a daily basis when I got home from work and coded my own stuff. Now that I code my own stuff every day I don't feel a sense of accomplishment anymore. I'm struggling with this too.
