Is there a need for 'Insights From Your Data" as a service for small businesses?

Not selling anything, just want to understand what business owners thinks about this?

If I understand correctly, lot of small businesses use tools like databox,datahero,klipfolio,grow etc to create dashboards that gives them a real time view of their KPI's.

Problem:
But, the problem is they are failing to understand the "action plan on how and what they can improve" from that dashboards.
Is this correct?

Solution:
What if I read your report (given access) , do analysis and give you a monthly actionable plan to improve metrics, will this be helpful to you? Is this something you would pay for?
