Anyone with experience selling a business in a different country?
My co-founder and I are looking to sell our profitable Saas app. We are based in Canada but are willing to sell to anyone around the world. Anyone have any experience selling to someone in a different country? Any tips to share? Ex. how to handle payments? Any considerations for transfer of user data?
If it's KidGenius you want to sell, there are obvious implications for the user data.
My recommendation would be to talk to a reputable broker like FE International.
