ASK IH: Building a crowd-sourced application.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently busy working on a crowdsourced website for meaning behind famous quotes. The basic idea is just people can share their thoughts and ideas about different quotes that we have on the website and other can like etc. A urban dictionary for quotes.

Just going of that basic description . Do you have an tips for building a crowdsourced application ? how do I keep people engaged to share their thoughts and ideas ? If you were using a platform like what I described what features would you like it to have ? Any other tips for building a crowdsourced application.

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.
