Need help in crowd-sourcing information about all the "traditional businesses".

I am creating a blog/wiki type website where one can find information about starting ANY traditional business.

From Agriculture to Lastest Chip Manufacturing and everything you can think of.

I am yet to finalise about the method to this (any tips?) but currently I am looking to have all businesses broadly categorised. I've found https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_Industry_Classification_System as the only classification system.

If anyone can point me to some help for building a complete categorised and broken down list all human economic activity, I would like to grab that help.
