We currently support integration with trello and slack, so you can convert user feedback into trello cards (with screenshot and meta-info). We are planning to support Asana, JIRA and some other tools as well. (Feel free to let me know if you find this feature interesting)
You can get real-time notification on slack channel or email (If you have high traffic you may use daily digest feature which will summarize the daily activity).
