Hello Indie Hackers!

I've been building a job board to help people find tech jobs at organizations that prioritize social impact. There's been a lot of interest from the job seeker side of the equation and I'm currently working on developing a better understanding of the needs from hiring organizations.

Before I share my landing page more broadly with my target customers, I'd appreciate any feedback on how to improve my landing page .

If the offer compelling? clear? are there any questions I'm not addressing?
