I'll go first: Non-invasive Brain Computer Interface. A BCI would allow us to communicate with machines without using keyboards, mice, Siri/Alexa/Google, touch screens. Invasive and partially invasive (i.e. neural lace) are bound to meet a lot of reluctance but non-invasive has potential for mass adoption.

I would like a service that would calculate the cost of your email or meeting invite. So for example, if you send an email it will approximate the time it will take every participant to read and then, based on people salary, give you a cost. Or if someone creates a meeting and invites 50 people and sees that it will cost the firm say $10K, they would be much more deliberate about not inviting irrelevant people.
Even without salary cost in terms of minutes would be useful. Medium puts "5 minute read" etc on top of posts. The email while composing could give you cost per person and cost for all cc-ed and bcc-ed.

Would that be the ultimate killer app? Starting with specific verticals or low hanging fruit would make sense.
E.g. Starting with designing a static website and then connecting it to a service and creating an e-commerce business site.
