Anyone using trello? What workflow works best for you?

I was wondering how many of you are using trello to organize themselves?

E.g. as a task list or for project management

And what did you identify as best practices for your workstyle?

Me and my colleagues struggle haven't found the optimal way to work use trello for this so I am interested how others use it :D
