I would like to start writing more frequently just wondering if there is any blogging platform which has free custom domain support? And hopefully a export functionality too.

Netlify free plan supports custom domian.
And a free SSL/TLS cert' (Let's Encrypt)! :D
Github pages is free with custom domains (I think?)
You can use it with something like Jekyll to make a nice little blog that's easily exportable.

You'll probably want to use Cloudflare as well as I don't think Github provides an SSL certificate when using a custom domain.
Why free?
This is a really cool idea - would be willing to make this with you if your passionate about it.
there is a lack of micro-blogging platforms out there. Tumblr is best used for portfolio, Medium is great but closed sourced.
