How much an accountant charge for an early startup?

I'm looking for an affordble accountant service for my side project
My local CPA charges me ~$300/year to do my personal and business taxes. However, I'm a single-person LLC with relatively simple balance sheets.
I've heard that others are charged $1000 to $3000 per year.
