How companies integrate their daily tasks between managers/scrum masters and employees

Hi I want to validate my idea with awesome indie rock stars .

I was thinking how it would if we have. Simple google chrome app where employees enter daily notes or activities on priority order where their managers can see it and set priorities if required , track if needed.

Please provide your humble comments. Or correct me if there is Bestway. Thank you in advance
