1st alpha episode [8 min.] of "WorkWithDevs" is out. Using Transistor.fm. Thoughts?

Episode 0.01: Idea & Start-Up Notes – WorkWithDevs

WorkWithDevs is a podcast with one goal:

Help modern professionals better understand & collaborate with developers.

I'm still very early in the project, and looking for ways to improve myself, the show, and my process. Any type of feedback is welcome!

You can vote for topic ideas & leave comments on the public Trello board.

My rough setup for now:

  • Podcast hosting: Transistor.fm by @mijustin
  • Site hosting: Bluehost
  • CMS: WordPress
  • Audio: GarageBand, Auphonic
  • Illustrations: @lukaszadam_com
  • Mic: Sennheiser PC 8 USB - Stereo USB Headset
  • Mailing list: MailChimp
  • Project Management: Trello

I'm a n00b podcasting-wise, but thus far I'm loving the experience, and glad to be trying out Transistor.fm. Very neat product, can't wait to explore it more. Their social landing pages look awesome: https://share.transistor.fm/s/127a0bf2

And that's it--just happy to share this on IndieHackers. :)

@thefln thanks so much for using Transistor!

You're off to a great start!

    One recommendation:
🎙️ the ATR2100 USB microphone is fairly inexpensive, and will dramatically improve your audio. 👍

(Buy it with a pop-filter and you'll sound like a pro)
