What are some examples of names for a "Pro" account? "Pro", "Gold", "Premiere"? I'm looking for something casual which still gets the point across.

Depends on the industry/audience.
You could do something like:
Startup Plan, Growth Plan, Rocketship Plan...
OR...
Lite, Plus, Premium...
OR....
Starter, Essentials, Advanced...
OR....
Solo, Team, Business
The options are endless!
This is a useful response. I think I'll go with Lite, Plus, Premium.
I think Pro, Premium etc are both safe choices.
You can also use aspirational terms like 'Growth' as a psychological motivator, or name them best on target customer - eg. 'Agency', 'Business'.
