How to get Free AWS Credits if you don't have any organization backing you?

I am developing something that might send the AWS bills through off the roof. My one -year AWS account is already on the verge of expiring. I don't really have much money to pay. :(

Can anyone suggest how to get AWS Credits for free? The Activate Package?

Thanks
