Hey, I'm bootstrapping multiple profitable SaaS with no team and no CS degree.
Profitable SaaS: 6
MRR: $ 4,798.59
Users: 10,793
Customers: 160
The mainstream advice out there is to focus on one thing, but I don't completely agree with it.
I personally know how to go from 0 (the software not profitable) to 1 (the software is making some money) so instead of trying to get to 10 with one software, I get to 1 with many.
1 + n > 10
P.S. I've been making a living doing this for the last 3 years. This is my first open report on IH.
Love the report. Thanks!
You got it
How do you test all your software? Automated tests?
What do you mean by "test"?
I mean make sure there are no bugs. You have paying customers and 6 apps, seems like there could be a lot of bugs etc.
There are a lot of things you need to "cut" if you want to run at my pace. Tests are one of them, as well as a "staging" env, a beautiful logo, etc, etc..
I'm pretty OCD with the code, but even if there are bugs, it's not a big deal. Customers pay you to solve a problem, I'd rather focus on that. Velocity first 🚀
