Hi guys,
I recently "launched" my startup yourhomeworkplanner.com, and at the start of last week we had about 5 daily active users. By Friday we had twenty daily active users. My website only really has lots of traffic during the school week for obvious reasons, but I did not expect it to grow this quickly. However I think that this growth will slow and our daily active users will drop in the near future as people stop using the friend features and go back to how they use to work. Does anybody know a way to keep users going while I am still building new features?
Congrats on the little milestone @Garberchov
However, it's too early to celebrate. Would you say 1 visitors -> 10 visitors as 10x? - Yes in terms of mathematics. No in terms of marketing growth.
It would be great to see sustainable growth at least a month or two timeframe.
All the best!!
Maybe obvious, but are you regularly taking to your users and finding out what they like/dislike about your app? Making them extra happy might be the easiest way to grow (word of mouth travels fast in schools). Whereas, if you just get more traffic but aren’t fully solving the problem eventually growth will stall.
Also I noticed your website doesn’t say anything about what it does! Step 1 might be improving your landing page and seeing if that leads to more visitors signing up.
