ProfitKit - A Free Calendar for your Stripe Subscriptions

Hey Indie Hackers!

I'm one of two developers working on ProfitKit, a Stripe subscriptions calendar and management tool. (You might have seen Matt, my co-founder, post previously here -- https://www.indiehackers.com/forum/beta-test-stripe-subscription-calendar-customer-management-metrics-app-9eb51a56df). Since launching in November 2018, we've gotten a lot of great feedback from the IH community as well as from our users!

For those of you following our journey, we wanted to let you know that we recently decided to make our Stripe subscriptions calendar completely free to use. We understand that the calendar could be a useful feature for many online businesses who may not be ready to pay a monthly fee for a third party Stripe management app.

Our premium features include revenue metrics and ways to offload the work associated with subscription management using automated customer emails based on subscription events.

For those of you hearing about us for the first time, here's a bit of background information --

While working as part-time freelancers for online subscription businesses, we noticed that our clients often had a tough time

  1. Keeping up with their customer subscriptions on Stripe
  2. Making sense of their revenue

We designed ProfitKit with that audience in mind, and our main goal is to help growing businesses save time and revenue by automatically handling their subscription tasks (such as emails to customers with expiring trials) and recovering lost revenue from failed payments.

If you're interested in learning more and checking out our features, feel free to check us out at https://www.profitkit.io!

Looks amazing! Did you have a professional copywriter put together everything on the front page?

Thanks — you just made my day!

We actually wrote the copy ourselves, but we spent about a week drafting and redrafting (I think we had about 3-4 revisions). We really wanted to step into our audience’s shoes and think about the biggest pains they were facing while managing their subscriptions.

Well done! You had me reading all the way through and I don't even have enough customers yet to be experiencing this kind of "headache".
