Heads Up On .dev Domain Names.

I'm new here, mostly a lurker, but have been enjoying seeing everyone's efforts.
I just wanted to drop a quick line about some .dev domains that are still available.
Google has been releasing the new gTLD domains over the last week and they are in their last day of the early release cycle. Right now, you will pay an extra $125 to register and the domains are about $360 a year. This might seem like a lot for a domain (compared to ~$10/year for a dot com). However, this could be the chance to get on a highly brandable, short word domain.
Single word .coms are about $xxx,xxx ....
Single word .io are about $x,xxx...
And since .dev is owned by Google, odds are the domains will be at least okay for seo/serp purposes.
Some of the domains still available could lead themselves to cool branding for any hackers trying to attract a developer to their product (or to show off their developer portfolio).
So, without rambling anymore- here are some .dev domains still available as of 2/27/2019 at 10:16 p.m. CST.
async.dev - cool for JS developers
back.dev - for you backend developers
chatbot.dev - for you chatbot developers
rest.dev - for you API hackers (this one is $720 a year)
taco.dev - funny and brandable (only $98 a year)
grid.dev - I'm looking at you - CSS folks
bike.dev - friendly and brandable
chimp.dev - only $12 a year...this one is for the email marketers.
