We've spent a bajillion years reading 100s of ebooks for nonfik, and then writing the perfect eBook that we wished we could already find (but couldn't), and then building a custom Notion business planner and dashboard to pull it all together.
This is the gist of what we learned from the teachings of top startups, and what you need to know if you're just getting started. It's not just for the budding entrepreneur, but the entrenched freelancer and growing solopreneur, too
Check out our full eBook (it's free!) and the Notion pack bundle over on Product Hunt today.
- Explore your problems and compare them against other people's. Do some digging to define a specific business problem statement you can move forward with
- Curate an offer that stacks up against competitors, based on your customers' jobs-to-be-done and your own strengths and opportunities
- Learn to price based on value, by looking at what you can achieve for people, not just want you tangibly deliver
- You've gotta be the salesperson. But don't approach it with an overly sales-y mindset. Think of your calls as conversations and yourself as an advocate. Formalize the process into a sales pipeline to make your life easier
- Don't get bogged down in in-depth strategies or indecision. You're poised to scale, but you can just start with growth hacks. Move fast, experiment often, adjust course always. Throw away what you need to and build on what works
