A little bit of confidence - is essential!

Hi Indie Hackers.

So I've been procrastinating developing some new software-

I know what I'll use for a CMS, I know how I'll develop it (R, LAMP stack), I know how it's UX will work, and I've worked with the technology before. I just have to learn a couple new things - which I know I can learn!

My mind tends to lean towards thinking "this will be hard" rather than "this will fly by and be easier than I thought". A little bit of extra confidence, perhaps arrogance in terms of getting projects done, is helpful. You'll start sooner, and therefore be done sooner, even if you're literally the exact same level of skill!
