An observation from building Unjam
The hardest tasks aren’t always the biggest ones.
Sometimes it’s the tiny unfinished task sitting in the background all day.
The email.
The homework.
The phone call.
The thing you keep remembering every few hours.
Those unfinished loops seem to drain more energy than people realize.
