Anonymous job search portal. Good idea?
People will be able to post anonymous CV's (so their current employer will be unaware they're searching for a job), that contains only work experience and skills.
HR's can send offers. If the offer is interesting — chat opens so potential employee can discuss further details with HR.
Is it a good idea? Will be glad to hear any feedback 😃
