Any no-code tool to check a newly added notice to the websites that do not provide API?

Hello everyone,

In Korea, there are tons of websites without APIs. So I have to visit a few of them manually and check if there is a new notice that might benefit my business.

Can somebody have the experience to automate this notice-checking work using a no-code tool?
