Any tips for a product announcement email?

I have a community of ~5,000 entrepreneurs who engage with my email content and have been clients of my agency.

Now I have a new product to announce, but I'm not sure how to do it.

Any suggestions on how to announce a new product via email?

This product is very much in line with everything else I do and have been writing about for the past five years, so it's a great fit for this audience.

But I've read a ton about first teasing the product, then announcing the product, then offering a discount for early users, etc.

Specifically, I'd like advice from people who feel they've done this successfully in the past.
