Any tips for being an Open Startup?

I want to have Phoenix Down as an Open Startup, so I set up a page stating that the data is coming soon.

Would love to know how you handle being an Open Startup, what metrics do you share and what do you keep for yourself, and how time-consuming is it for you posting about your numbers while building your product/content strategy.
