Apex v1.3.0 Released

After two years over hard work and multiple iterations, Apex v1.3.0 is released. Apex is a powerful open source PHP based general purpose software platform that allows you to quickly and efficiently, develop, deploy, and maintain professional online operations. Can be used for any operation that consists of an administration panel, public site, and optional member's area.

I've been at this software thing 19 years now, and telling you, this is good software and worth checking it out. Please check out APex at: https://apex-platform.org/

Thanks.
