If you’re an online merchant, e-commerce service provider, or regular shopper. It would be amazing to hear your thoughts.
What’s the one thing that you want to improve the e-commerce journey?

A suggestion would be to go to Facebook (there are a bunch of groups for merchants, just search for the e-commerce or shopify or woocommerce), or you can probably find some subreddits.
In general I think that would be an easier place to find your target audience than here. Just my $0.02.
Also, don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call some small scale merchants and have an informal chat. :)
