Its been a while since I posted again on Indie Hackers!
The last post I remember was in August when I was probably in my worst spot in terms of my startup journey. The project (newny.io) came to a halt and I had 0 in terms of direction. I then met my awesome cofounder David on here!
We've developed the product and tested it at TEDxTalks locally! We're still doing customer interviews and prospecting but we've got some clients lined up. (So close!)
When it came to the right questions to ask I'm reading the book by Rob Fitzpatrik , The Mom Test. I highly recommend it!
Find the hidden validation statements in customers. Ask the questions that disprove your idea and discover the real causes of your customers pains.

I often face a problem to get the right interview. Only indirect questions work. And it is a real art to make it fine.
You're right Alex! It's a true art form. I kinda enjoy it. It sounds simple in theory but when you're in the moment it's suprisingly difficult not to ask leading questions
