At what rate did your startup grow?

Curious to know at what rate your startup grew over the first few years. Was it a slow burn? Did things take of quickly?
Growth for me is very slow. Currently 1 paying customer almost 2 months in.

What are you doing for marketing and sales?
Unfortunately, SaaS is a marathon, not a sprint.
