Best frontend frameworks for Building an MVP fast in 2020?

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for some input on front end frameworks. I have couple of side projects that I'm building. I'm more of a backend engineer so I',m looking for ways to build an MVP frontend quickly.

What has everyone found useful for building frontends for their MVPs? My backend is graphql on AWS.

Some features that I think would be useful for building things fast:

• Has some sort of ready made component library (community supported or otherwise)
• Responsive
