Best no-code tool for building a WordPress plugin?

Simple plugin that will have a few text inputs connect to an API then update things within WordPress. Any ideas??

I heard ChatGPT can write WordPress plugins. Also feel free to connect if you need help with a plugin, it's been a while but I've had to make a few before.

  I actually had it write one for me a few days ago! Didn't deploy it or anything, but it looked legitimate to me (a very very non-expert lol).

  Weird! I tried but chat gpt didn't like it! Wonder if the Jan 30 update stopped this feature? Here was it's response "Unfortunately, as a language model AI, I cannot provide you with a specific code for a WordPress plugin" I'll try a few different prompts tomorrow! 🤷
