Best way to prototype a text command triggering a form?

High all,

I am currently working on a prototype for a desktop app using sketch / invision studio.

One functionality of my app would be to use text command to make a form appear, which the user could just fill out right away after it appeared. (see attached image)

Is there anyone out there who knows what my best option to create this feature is? I would ideally include this into my invision prototype, but if it is not impossible, I am still looking for an option to create a prototype of this feature alone, even using different tools.
