Best ways for improving UX

There are multiple ways for improving a site user experience.

Mine:

• ask 2-3 friends for feedback
• occasionally record visitors sessions with Hotjar and FullStory. I find this the best way to see where people struggle, how reachable (or not) some features are, how good (or bad) the landing page is (does it convert? or not), improve bounce rate. You can even detect bugs you weren't aware of. And so much more: heatmaps, user feedback, etc.
