Black hat scrapping project into white hat business?

Assume there's a software, that can register fake user accounts (bots) on different sites, scrap info and post messages with CPA affiliate links. How can it be turned into white hat project?

Basically, is there a field where this software might be applied without moral issues? :)

Functionality:

• flexible UI engine (imitate real user clicks/inputs)
• captcha solving
• proxy integration
• account confirmation through e-mail link
