# Building Log #1 — The Week Everything Came Together.
This week felt like a turning point for MORPHOICES.
After months of building, refining, and second-guessing almost every decision, I finally reached a milestone I'd been working toward for a long time.
I completed the first public version of the project.
That included:
- The MORPHOICES Blueprint
- Two landing pages
- The Founding Membership
- My newsletter onboarding
- The infrastructure connecting everything together
It wasn't a perfect week.
I ran into one frustrating problem after another.
At one point, the buttons on both landing pages mysteriously broke. I spent an entire day troubleshooting what turned out to be an issue with Framer's components.
There were moments when I wondered if I'd be ready in time.
Fortunately, I managed to solve everything before launch.
What went well.
The biggest surprise wasn't finishing the product.
It was seeing how people responded to it.
I've started sharing MORPHOICES on X, Indie Hackers, and with my newsletter audience, and the conversations have been far more valuable than I expected.
Instead of asking about AI models or features, founders kept asking about something much deeper:
"How does the system preserve context?"*
"How do decisions stay connected?"*
Those conversations helped me realize something.
The real product isn't about organizing files.
It's about preserving the reasoning behind a product as it evolves.
That insight alone made this week worth it.
What I'm learning.
Building in public is changing the way I think.
Every conversation sharpens the product.
Every question reveals assumptions I hadn't considered.
Instead of trying to have all the answers before launching, I'm learning to let thoughtful feedback shape the system.
Next week.
My focus now shifts toward growing the community around MORPHOICES.
That means meeting more founders, collecting more feedback, and continuing to refine the product before its larger launch.
The goal isn't just to launch.
It's to build something people genuinely enjoy using.
