Code Quality Check and Review for indie makers

Hello IH!!
So I have been thinking of starting a "Me- As-A-Service"
business based on my experience and stuff that I'm good at.

So one of those things happens to be software engineering and architecture.
Digging around a little bit on maybe how can I differentiate myself from other offerings, I figured why not try review and architecture.
So here's the idea:
A founder maker wanting to scale, build a first-time app, or just deploy a version of his product would come to me before and we will:

Review the code
Assess performance improvements
Assess security
Refactor the code with the improvements

• All this with a one on one call with me.

The pricing model I intend to try is $X/project/hour

What do you guys think about this? I want to stitch up a quick landing page just to get a feel for it.

Is this a viable idea?
Would you want this?
How much would you pay?
What do you think I am missing here?
