Concerned about marketing my SaaS

I have launched https://krumzi.com about 2 months ago, but I still haven't found a paying customer yet.

The reason for that is because I didn't focus on marketing the product at all. All I did so far were some replies on relevant Twitter threads and a few reddit posts. Those two strategies attracted over 4k unique visits and 900+ job seeker sign ups in the past 30 days, so at least I know that there is some potential.

I have a strategy for marketing, which I think is decent, but I keep finding reasons not to apply it yet.

I honestly think that my product is better than many other products out there focusing on the same niche. My genuine concern is that I feel there is a lot more work to do and that a lot of things can be improved. I am not afraid that I won't find customers, but rather of disappointing my customers.

If there are other founders that faced this, how did you talk yourself into starting marketing your product?

Like others mentioned, tech hiring is a challenge for any company. You can work with 4-5 companies to start with and try to solve their hiring needs with special attention. All the best.

Focusing on just a few companies in the beginning and expanding after that looks like a very good strategy, thank you!

It helps to think about marketing your product from yours users point of view.
You aren't selling them on your brand, you are helping them find a job.

These are people who are struggling to find a job, or not finding the career development they want in their current position. You aren't selling a SaaS tool, you are helping them find a job.

Alternatively, companies are struggling to find senior developers right now. You are helping them find the talent they need, reducing the amount of time they spend hiring and increasing the time they focus on their business.

That's a very good point of view. Thank you!
Helps a lot looking at it this way.
