Cross posting same article on multiple platforms

There are many blogging platforms (Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, Linkedin) available and all of these platforms have audience that you may want to reach. So it makes sense to post the same article on all of them.

If you are publishing the same stuffs on multiple platforms, how do you handle it? Simply copy paste and format according to the platforms interface?
