Aggregating engagement data on 300k communities across 68000 topics is serious work, so "we tried several things but haven't found the right product market fit" has to sting. Asking what a good business model could be is the honest version of the question.
I've been doing user interviews with dataset owners about how they think about business models and licensing for what they've built, not selling anything. Happy to talk it through on a call if that's useful.

Are you able to search for communities by tag? Doesn't seem to work on the page.
What do you mean by sustainable? User engagement or revenue generation?
