Does your startup create content?

I'm exploring with a couple of friends some ideas for a content platform.
We still have no direction and/or plan, so I just wanted to know and understand what's already in the market.
Do your startup create content (any type of content)? If yes, what do you do?

Err, well ... that's pretty much all my startup does atm.
I write articles sharing real world marketing strategies. And then promote then in different alcoves on the internet. The main value prop atm is the email list and building out the Twitter following ...
