Example of a Contract with Guaranteed Project ETA?

Hi Productized Service gang,

My client is asking for a contract that promises guaranteed delivery of the content we're producing for them. However the timeline is a little dependant on how fast they offer feedback and reviews.

How do you handle ETAs on projects? Do you have a service level agreement, guaranteeing response rate or delivery on the first draft etc? I would love to see any examples.
