Fall/Winter Nomad Plans - Where to work from & meet up?

Thinking about where I want to go for the fall/winter this year. (ie September-May-ish).

I'm thinking it would be fun to be in some places with a great builder/indie/small scene or community and meetups. A place with a large social co-work would be great too.

Where are people seeing these things happen?

Options so far:

• Koh Phangan - more co-works opening up and Chiang Mai people moving there
• Chiang Mai - have not been for 20 years, so good to go back again :)
• Columbia - seems to be on the radar quite a bit now. (where else in Central/South America)
• Koh Lanta - if KoHub re-opens and gets busy it could be cool again, I was there in spring 2021 (pandemic times) and it was nice but quieter than normal for sure
