Looking for honest feedback on our Youtube channel.
I am looking for the reason why people are not subscribing to our channel although we are prodiving a good amount of detailed content videos
Have a look: https://www.youtube.com/@appshive
You're getting few subscribers because your videos get few views. And your videos all are for vastly different people, who use vastly different apps. As you keep adding more categories of apps you'll find it hard to keep people coming back again and again. Splitting up an audience and having a vast appeal to a wide audience is not necessarily a bad thing, if you can produce enough videos. 2-4 shorts a day, and a video a day. Your audience could be split up but you'd have enough content for each one. But if you don't have that kind of production schedule and can't make longer videos, than it's better to focus on an audience that will LOVE you, and subscribe.
But the most important thing, the most important CTA is not to subscribe, but rather to watch another video. Videos that get users to watch more videos get more views. And thus what you lose in average subscriber rates (%'s) you'll make up in volume. You'll get so many views that it doesn't matter that 999 out of 1,000 don't subscribe.
Pitching your site loses viewers. Just make sure they watch another video. Get that end screen game going! Match a viewers with the best possible next video.
Thank you for the in-depth message. Will surely consider your advice.
