Feeling...lost? Where to go from here?

Hi everyone,

Around 3 days ago, I 'launched' (quotes because it's still on GitHub pages so it isn't an official launch) Good Code. It offers free (and paid) Adobe XD templates that you can use to sharpen your HTML and CSS skills.

The initial MVP had terrible loading times and no modals to show what is included in each template. Right after launch, I thought this was a cool project that I want to pursue, so I went ahead and converted it to a React project (which you can view here http://good-code.netlify.app/) and added a modal with info for each project.

Overall, the website has gotten over 1,000+ page views, 400+ downloads, but no one has purchased the only paid template (which is fine, it's there as a way for people to validate the idea rather than have any real value over the free templates and I state that clearly on the website).

Where does one go from here? Do I focus on Marketing? Adding more features? More templates? How do you build out a roadmap for this kind of stuff?

Thanks for taking the time to read and looking forward to your comments.

Reach out to the 400 people who downloaded something and ask them how it helped them or what you could do better.

From there, it will really depend on their answers to figure out how to provide value enough for them to pay.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to anyone who's downloaded the templates. I thought about asking for people's emails for them to download the templates but I was also kind of hesitant to do this, not sure, I just wanted it to be a one-click sort of experience.
