Frontend Tech Recommendations

Greetings all!

I would like to ask for some stack related advice.

I am a marketing founder trying to have a B2B SaaS web app developed that generates and sells access to marketing research data and analysis.

For the backend, which is 80% complete, I am using backendless.com with Node to pull data from external API's, which is working out well so far.

For the frontend I was planning to use Bubble as it apparently gives me more control, as a non-dev, to be able to more easily learn to do basic maintenance and changes myself later and also get an MVP up and running faster, or so I im told. I could move to another frontend later if needed to scale.

Besides the other usual dash functions, the frontend screens will basically consist of well designed advanced datatables that display the data in useful ways including some visualisation and allow for easy export.

I was wondering about any other platforms or full code frameworks that might be ideal for easily creating advanced customizable data tables and graphs with user management and can get me up and running quickly and cost effectively.

I know very little about his however but I have seen some great looking react and rails templates out there that apparently take care of most of the functions already, but not sure what could get me up and running faster than Bubble and I have no idea how much time and cost it would actually take a freelancer to take a template like this and plugin in my data to create a functional MVP

Should I just stick with Bubble if I dont have a big budget to fund custom development?
