Most of us are consumers, and when we try to come up with ideas, we're still thinking as a consumer. That's why there are so many habit tracking, discovery, mental health, etc, apps that only a tiny fraction make money.
Because obviously, consumers just don't pay, so b2c rarely works.
If you have a phd and 10 years work experience in a specific industry, then you can probably come up with an idea that actually solves a b2b problem.
But how can the average joe approach entrepreneurship with b2b in mind?
